American Medical Center
The AMC Community Health Center, to be commissioned in autumn 2012, will be a 24-hour comprehensive health, dental and wellness center providing family practice, pediatrics, gynecology, and general specialty services to include functional diagnostics, a full American-style pharmacy, and beauty center. The center will be fully accessible to Green Hills as well as surrounding communities and will offer affordable and convenient health and wellness services.
Meanwhile, American Medical Center is finishing construction of a temporary medical office in Green Hills, where first aid and basic medical services will be available in addition to laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures. The opening of the medical office is scheduled for November 2011.

Community center
Green Hills development plan envisions construction of a large community center with restaurant, cafe, mini-hotel and grocery store for the residents. The complex will also include a fitness center with a swimming pool. It is expected to be opened in 2014.

Car wash station
In order to make the life of the resident drivers ultimately comfortable, Green Hills plans to open a car wash station in the community in 2012.
