Green Hills master-planned community represents a North-American style of country living which is being introduced for the first time in Ukraine by an international investor.
Rapid development
41 families have already become residents of Green Hills. Notwithstanding the construction sector crisis, our project kept an intensive development pace in 2009-2010. The investment plan for 2011 totals around $5m and envisages the opening of an American Medical Centers facility, a kindergarten and commissioning of the central sewerage and water-processing systems. The community is operated by a professional maintenance company, created in 2010.
Unique infrastructure
Green Hills is one of the few gated communities with operating social infrastructure and centralized engineering facilities.
There is a professional maintenance company and a 24h security service. Private kindergarten Vsesvit officially opened at Green Hills in April 2011, and in November 2011 an American Medical Center (AMC) medical facility will start operating on community’s territory. The development plan also envisions opening in the future of an elementary school, fitness center, medical center, restaurant, car wash, sports yards and mini-market.
In August 2011, the centralized water supply and water cleaning station as well as the central sewerage system (Biotal) were commissioned in Green Hills. The community provides water supply for technical and lawn watering purposes. There is a separate water supply pipeline for fire-fighting purposes with hydrants installed every 100-150m along the roads. There are high-speed Internet, digital TV and phone line connections available for the residents.
Reliable investor and developer
The project’s investor – Dragon – Ukrainian Properties & Development Plc (U.K) - has already invested over $250 million in Ukrainian real estate projects (including Obolon Residential Towers, Riviera Villas Exclusive Residence Club, a chain of DIY-anchored retail centres, Skymall (Kiev), Sun Gallery (Kriviy Rih), City Mall (Zaporizhzhya), Inter Mall (Simferopol) shopping centers). The investor’s debt-free financial position guarantees full and timely delivery of planned investments into the Green Hills community.
