3. What does the home price in Green Hills comprise?
The price of an estate in the Green Hills gated community covers the cost of the home itself, the land plot as well as numerous amenities (24 hour video surveillance, children’s playgrounds, park zones, etc) . Your home will be delivered with all the necessary utilities installed throughout. This includes everything from electricity, heat (gas boilers and radiators), plumbing (including sewage) to air conditioning, telephone and internet. In addition, each home is surrounded by a tasteful fence, which provides a North American accent to the Green Hills community. The home is also delivered with connections to gas, water and electricity already in place so that you can begin enjoying your home without the hassle of obtaining the customary local approvals.
Separately, each home comes with a state of the art central vacuum cleaning system which will allow you to minimize the amount of time you spend cleaning your home and give you more time to enjoy the fabulous Green Hills nature. Since we provide a high level of finishing works in our homes, our clients save approximately $150/m² on decoration/outfit versus other offers in the marketplace.
And that’s not the half of it. The our customers will receive landscape design and works in their front yard free of charge. This includes a front lawn, sidewalks around the home and an automatic water sprinkling system.
4. Who will provide for security and maintenance of the community?
Dragon Development, a company having wide experience in the Ukrainian real estate market, will secure your comfortable accommodation in the Green Hills community. Our residents will enjoy regular cleaning and maintenance of the community’s common zones, snow removal in winter time, 24h security and video surveillance, irrigation and cutting of lawns in the community. 5. How much time does it take to move into my home after signing the contract?
Our use of advanced construction technology from Canada’s Nascor International allows us to reduce the construction period to 4-6 months while preserving the highest quality construction standards and delivering a home to the advanced renovation stage. Since your home comes with utilities already installed, ready-to-paint drywall and a finished sub floor, all you need to supply is flooring, bath/kitchen fixtures, lighting, paint and furniture.
